Abstract
Inflation control policy has a good impact on the Indonesian economy that grew by 5-6 persen in the period 2010-2016. However, the economic growth was dominated by Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek), which accounted for 20 persen of Indonesia's total GDP. Survey Biaya Hidup (SBH) 2012 shows that Jabodetabek area has the highest inflation contribution among all regions in Indonesia which reach 35 persen, so by analyzing the inflation in Jabodetabek region is expected to describe the condition of national inflation. Inflation analysis in adjacent areas needs to consider the spatial effects in the calculations. Therefore, in Jabodetabek inflation modeling is used STARMA and GSTARMA method to include spatial effect. The results showed that the STAR model (11) with cross weighted cross-normalization cross weighted is the best model of GSTAR model. This result is concluded by comparing the average RMSE of each model and STAR (11) has the smallest RMSE value
